2001 vauxhall corsa smokin ?

2001 3 cylinder corsa started smokin quite a lot still running fine.no visible smoke when driving just when blipping throttle (lots of smoke) plug nearest cam chain heavy oil deposits on it. oil level ok, just been changed

had corsa engine stripped valve stem oil seals worn also oil scraper ring collapsed been told very common problem on 3 cylinder models

had one of these smoking terrible just like you say,cleaned the EGR valve but took a while to clear and never had any problems since,you may want to check the compression on that oily plug cyl,or maybe its a faulty plug if they havent been renewed for a while,but good luck
