Mend AVI 9 inch flip down tv Inch Picture Problems

How can I fix my AVI 9 inch flip down tv - with picture problems?

The picture is fine if you leave the screen pushed back but as soon as you tilt it forward the picture goes. The sound is still fine - I had it repaired before but it cost a fortune and I wondered if it might be a simple thing that I could attempt myself!
