blockage?

rads up stairs geting hot plus hot water,rads down stairs staying cold. I have bled all rads ,still cold down stairs help

if the header tank was empty then you wouldn't get heat to the upstairs rads if the downstairs wasn't working.

more likely a blockage or the drop down pipes to downstairs are airlocked.

Check that your header tank is not empty..or the pipes leading from them to the rads is not blocked.
