my bf162 was blowing the trip ,the float trip in the bottom tray was watter loged ,i had a5yr parts warranty but hotpoint wanted £90.00 to look at it i pulled the lot out and had look for myself , after some time itraced the fault to a manufactuers fault . the black sound insulation around the back of the main body had sliped downand caused pressure on the top rackfilling pipe wich caused it to leak ,you could also see the slight soap and limescale marks.ijust cut away the insulation away from the pipe and re_tigtend the pipe collar this may not be your specificfault but if the enginer is there at the time get him to do it for you as i feel they would have charged me for the repair that was their fault yours david
