Mend Britony 2T Turn Water

Britony 2 T problem?

Hi.When I turn the hot water tap on,the water only gets up to a tepid temperature.Recently,I have noticed that the gas flame that heats the water has been dropping,to a point now,that there is hardly any flame at all.Could it be the diaphram that is at fault?
