Mend Easynote R1004 Charge Wrong Battery

how can i fix my easynote R1004?

my easynote r1004 won't charge up, is there something wrong with the charger or the battery . Also the fan has stopped working so i've had to resort to laying it with the keyboard upright and a fan blowing on the fan. I'm no techie so any help would be appreciated. Thanks .
