Can you repair a swivel rocker of patio set ? ?

Our patio furniture has chairs that are swivel rocking chairs. Someone over weight sat in them and broke both of them. The chairs rock dangerously far back, to the point that you think you might fall all the way back.
Is their a replacement part for this or are they a lost cause?
