Mend Vauxhall Corsa SXI 1.2 Revs Going Idle

why is revs going up n down on counter?

corsa sxi 1.2 02 reg when car is on at idle speed the rev counter can see revs go down very slightly then back also can feel a miss what can it be i think egr valve but started today since i put new plugs in thanks
