Hotpoint Aquarius wf740. Error message F-005?

My washing machine is giving me a ewrror message of F-005 and nothing is happening. It filled with water for the first cycle, not full, and then seems to have stopped. I have tried to pump the water using the correct cycle and nothing happens.
