car audio head change?

can anyone tell how to change a casette player head from toyota carina phillips casette player . as i have 2 spare old ones one of which has casette ejection problem from which i can replace the head / what is the type of screw driver i will need please for that [ it looks like multi star screw driver not ordinary 4 grooves]
