Mend Light Time Three Years

danger light why is it on all the time?

For the last three years and about 6 garage opinions later the yellow danger light remains lit. every is baffled diagnotics tests have been done parts replaced. still light is on also car will not give me speed when overtaking or when going up hills or change gear in town traffic jumps like a kangeroo
