Mend Leblanc GVM 420 Safety Cut Switch

Where is the safety cut off on my combi boiler?

I've looked everywhere on my combi boiler (leblanc GVM 420) for the safety-cut-off switch that stops the electrics and fan from working when the cover is taken off. As the boiler was working before I took the cover off and now its as dead as a dodo I can't check if its the safety-cut-off because I can't find it! Looked everywhere. It's a blinkin mystery. Help.
