it turns off after 2 seconds ?

hi a wonder if somebody would have an answer for me, I have a RCA color tv that goes off after a second or two of have been turned on, power supply is at 130 v, its normal level, and the high voltage from the fly back enters the crt as normal in that period of time 1 or 2 seconds so what sends a signal to act to what circuit or component on the chassis? to defeat it,power supply never decays, it stays on its level of 130 volts thank you for your answer.
