Mend Rover 25 Anyone Help Me Please

can anyone help me please?

i have a rover 25 16v twin cam 2001 i have a problem and dnt know what it is, my car i revving to near 2000 rpm when idiling and it chuggs sometimes when driving any ideas pls? could it be 02 sensor at exhaust?
