Just pull the fuel hose from the carb elbow, give the saw a good shake and you should see fuel coming from the hose, any doubts and replace the filter in the tank as a matter of course, check fuel hose for splits or cracks, if no better, remove carb and clean the internal screen under the pump cover held with one philips screw.
