veritas 8 alarm ?

hi i have a veritas 8 alarm it was fitted in 1998 ive reset the alarm by holding down reset at start up pressing the spring 3 times dont reset it the user code is now 4321 but 1234 does not work and ive tried everything i think the engineer code is locked

how do i unlock it thanks
