5E usually means the filter is blocked. Take the cover off the bottom of the machine, tilt the machine back and sit it on something to keep it tilted. If you unscrew the filter, water will come out so get a pot or something under it. Drain all the water out and then pull out the filter and clean it. Also check the wee fan thing behind the filter to make sure it isnt clogged. That should fix the error.
