Mend Renault Laguna Door Lights

renault laguna?

my keycard wont ope the door. the indicator lights do not even flash when i try to open the door. when i put the key in to the car nothing happens, the dashboard does not light up and the car seems completely dead. any suggestions?

i would appreciate any suggestions.
