Mend Potterton F 50F Boiler Heating Trapped

Potterton-Prima F 50F?

My potterton-prima F 50F is playing up, heats the water fine but ever since I removed 2 rads the heating is not working all it does is lite up then clicks off a couple of mins later sometimes with a banging as if air is trapped. But I've bled all the rads? can anyone give me any idea whats wrong??

fan kicks in and then shuts down then shuts down
