Mend Acoustic Solutions LCD37761HDF Repair Going Green

How can I repair my Accoustic Solutions HDTV, Model LCD37761HDF?

My Accoustic Solutions HDTV, Model LCD37761HDF is only going from red to blue to green screens. When the on button is pressed it is supposed to go into standby but it just goes into the loop described above. The remote has no effect. I`ve tried different input devices but to no avail. Thanks
