zanussi fs1555 not pumping water ?

the ball is a detergent recovery ball and is ment to be there.if the water pours out if you lay the hose down then there isn't a blockage.remove the filter and then shine a torch in to the filter housing.at the back you will see the impellor.check if anything is jamming it by flicking it aroung with a screwdriver.if it rotates freely select drain program and with the filter still out start the machine. the impellor should be seen to rotate.if it doesn't then ther are 2 possibilities.1 drain pump faulty or 2 pcb faulty.On a bad day pump can blow pcb so you need both!
