Mend Daytek DK-26 No Power Lcd Tv Remote

Daytek lcd tv ?

My Daytek LCD tv model # DK-26 doesn't turn on with either the remote or power button. The lower left amber light is on on the tv but that's it. The tv was only one year and 3 months old when it stopped working just past the one year warranty. Can I try something to fix it like replace a fuse or does it need to go in for service.
