rear washer on rover 200 1.4I?

I have had this problem too, try unbolting the wiper from the back screen, it is only one bolt and very easy, the clean out the inside, even yse some kind of high pressure air, to blast through the washers, this should do it, as your washer is most liely blocked. If this does not work, try disconnecting the rubber hosing then whilst disconnected try ur your washers then, if water doesn't come out then maybe your pump isnt working properly, hope this has helped.
