Why does my Yamaha 50cc airex keep cutting out on me?

if it has a new barrel and piston then you should be running it in ,you should be on no more then half throttle and only doing small trips and extensive riding or high speed riding will cause a seizure and damage the barrel and/or piston.If this is the case then i expect you have seized it several times already.
