Mend Candy Grando Drum Rotate Machine

my candy grando lights flashing?

my candy grando lights keep flashing. the programmer makes a noice but drum does not rotate the machine will empty and fill up.
cleaned filter and disconected hose at back of filter and it was full of coins.
gratefull for any help
