Mend Belling Top Main Oven

My top oven doesn't remain lit if main oven is on?

I can't seem to use both my gas ovens at same time, I have a Belling gas cook er and if I have my main oven lit, the top oven only remains lit for 5 or 10 minutes and goes out, I am concerned because the dial is still on for the gas. Could it be the gas supply or the cooker or how it is fitted?
