how can i fix my Beko?

My Beko WM5120 W washing machine doesnt take softner. After the wash softner is still in draw.
I have cleaned draw and syphon, have not over filled the mark but softner still not going in.

could be the cold valve that feeds it is open circuit in older machine you had three valves,one for hot water,one for cold,and one for fab conditioner,these where normanly a double valve

holes above conditioner compartment blocked with black gunk?.remove the soap draw from the machine and check
