How to fix my Washing Machine Bosch Classi xx 1200 Express?

I've put dust sheet in and clogged the washing machine, tried to open the filter, but it jammed tight. I understand there is a way to unblock the pump from the back, not sure where. Wondered if someone could advise me how to open the back and disconnect the pump.
