My immobiliser won't allow me to start my car?

My car all of a sudden won't lock and also won't start, think its immobiliser, cause when i press the remote before i try to start the car, the light for the immobiliser doesnt show up, my car battery is not flat, and changed both batteries on both remote, so they are working...any advice?
