Renault Megane 2003 Problem?

I have a 03 Renault Megane 1.6 Dynamique. Recently the display on the dash which shows the time; temp; radio etc. went off. At the same time the paddle on the steering column which controls the stereo stopped working; the front passenger window acts like a hand is stuck in it so keeps coming down; and now when you try to start it it won't start if you depress the clutch and press start it will only now start if you put it in neutral and press the brake and start. Has anyone experienced the same problems and, if so, how much did it cost?!
