Mend Hotpoint TDC30 Tumble Dryer Water Filter

help hotpoint tdc 30?

The tray at the bottom is not collecting the water.The filter which lies above seems to be constantly wet.Apart from this problem the machine seems to be functioning properly.Any advice.Thanks.
