how i check what is wrong with my rear wiper blade - fuse?

there is a fuse for it,you will find it if you look in your manual that you got with the car,failing that if you locate the fuse box,it may be under the bonnet or at the back of the glove comparment,it will be clearly marked,but check the securing nut under the shroud that hold wiper arm on,it sometimes loosens,
