my speedometer on my Vauxhall Zafira 04 plate has just stopped working, what might be wrong with?

Vauxhall Vauxhall Zafira Vehicles, Cars Zafira Stopped Working

either blown fuse or VSS (vehicle speed sensor) gone faulty, check fuses, if all ok may be no other option but get it chjecked at garage(try a normal back-street garage, vauxhaul can charge exorberent prices just for saying hello then the repairs on top of that))
