Mend Kenmore 80 series Washing Machine Motor Transmission

my washer will spin just not agitate. It is a Kenmore 80 series?

My Kenmore 80 series is 13 years old. It will spin good but does not agitate. The coupler does not look broken. When the coupler is turned manually with washer laid down both the motor and transmission turns. What could be the problem?
