Mend Glow-worm 30CXI 30cxi Combi Boiler

i have a glow-worm 30cxi combi boiler?

my boiler stoped working i cannot get it to start as there is no piolet light,i have power to the boiler,it starts but i have no hot water or heating,can anybody help.
