Mend Vauxhall C Corsa

how can i fix my vauxhall corsa c?

when i am driving, suddenly the handbrake like comes on and the instrument panel dies, and after a few seconds its fine, also on the odd time its cuts out and wont start again for a few mins. how can i fix this, please help. thanks
