Unable to repair memory card!?!?

My memory card on my phone doesn't work. Although, when you plug it into the computer it works perfectly and i can access all my files. When i put it in my phone, it says that memory card cannot be accessed due to fatal errors then do you want to repair lost clusters, and when i click yes it says memory card failed. There is important stuff on there, and i was wondering if it can be reapared!?
