Mend Glow-worm Boiler Plumber

i have an F5 error on boiler glow worm how do i fix it?

My boiler turns on then shows f5 error and red flashing light on glowworm boiler. turned it off then on and still the same, how can i get it working as have baby indoors and no heating or hot water til plumber/ boiler man back from holiday ( 2 weeks)
