Mend Toyota Camry Leak Car Start

how can i fix my 1998 toyota camry?

i recently noticed an exaust leak, and when i have been driving for a while after turning the car off it doesnt want to start, i have to wait for about 15-20 minutes, i can try and start it and hold on the gas but when i let off if dies out. please help
