Ford 6000CD fascias?

Does anyone know if you can replace the fascia only on a ford 6000 stereo, bought one on e-bay but it orginally came out of a Mondeo and is going into a fiesta and the fascia is wider at the top! Asso if anyone could help I need the code for the original ford 5000 casette player that is in my fiesta until I sort this problem out the serial no. is M0122290, thanks in advance
