How do I fix my nokia 6230i, alarm will not stop snoozing?

My alarm went off on my phone and I dropped it which made the battery fall out, I reassembled the phone and switched it on to find that the alarm was now in snooze so I selected to stop the snooze but it won't stop it just says ok and then goes back into snooze. So I can't set another alarm now.
