glowworm betacom 30c fault?

in either ch or dhw mode, boiler runs thru sequence properly and gas ignites. After 5 secs gas goes out and after three attempts it locks out on flame fail led, the last led on right.

its a flame rectification fault,usually caused by the condensate trap, contact glow-worm for a fix otherwise you will be wasting time and money with other people

would carefree please point out that that it is illegal for non gassafe reg persons to work on gas carrying or safety boiler parts before someone has a serious accident

Should have added to gas valve/rectification fault, it could be a blocked condense (again, assuming the gas is on)

When you say ignites, can you see the flame, or is it just the indication on the panel?
I suspect the latter.

Check gas is on and available.
if it is, you have a gas valve/flame rectification fault.
