Dealer unable to mend immobiliser. What can I do?

I have '02 Renault Cloio. 1.2. Immobiliser went several times, RAC rescued each time. Dealer got new key for me with code and it has continued failing to start intermittently. Been back to dealer three times now. Last week I went to collect it after a phone call to say it was ready - went to start car up IN THEIR CARPARK - and it wouldn't start! As they're unable to correct this problem and bearing in mind I'm a carer requiring my car all the time, plus I'm a senior citizen unable to afford another one at this time, any chance I could get them to find me another car of similar age etc to replace this one at their expense? I really don't know what to do about it. HELP!!

A good auto electrician should be able just to bypass the immobiliser or even fit an after market system for you

depends on how long ago you bought it from dealer as to then changing your car for another one, you might have to pay something towards another one though, as dealers not known for having a heart, but you could make a fuss when they have other customers around, playing your carer/senior citizen card,or tell them you will go to trading standards, as car "not fit for purpous" i hope you did not pay for "repair" last time. you could try auto sparks to see if they can help,other than that not to sure what you can do.
