If the battery has been totally depleted it will probably need replaced. You dont have to buy from Renault, shop around other dealers, independent garages and motor factors.
I would never jump start any modern car. Even if it is done properly (and most people do it wrong, connecting battery directly to battery, starting car, revving up and disconnecting batteries) there is a strong possibility of damage to both cars' electronics.
I assume you are referring to the immobiliser bypass code, not the radio code.
The immo bypass is a temporary measure, and will have to be re-entered every time the engine is off for more than a few minutes.
