Mend Stannah Help Power Fault

stannah stair lift?

can any body help with my motherinlaws stair lift,when you turn on the power you get a fault code flashing from 0 to1 and beeping and when you try to move it the letter e comes up whitch means brake,would be most grateful if anybody can help as call out charge is a lot of money,thanks derek.

hi..........this is not a stannah stairlift as there stairlifts do not have digit displays on them only led lights on main pcb in carriage,so give details on stairlift make/model number you have.....regards
