Mend Dremel Stopped Working Internal

Dremel has stopped working?

My dremel stopped working after some internal sparking.The brushes still have 10mm on them so I assumed it was the armature.Changed it but still not working.Is there an internal fuse on the circuit board as thats the only thing left to check,
