Fitting new speakers?

The winder handle is held on with a "horseshoe" shaped spring clip, to remove push the trim around the winder in, then with a thin screwdriver or small allen key you will be able to hook onto the clip and pull it out, be careful as they tend to spring off in any direction!! to refit push the clip into the slot in the winder and give it a smack with your hand and it will re-seat onto the drive shaft

if no small grub screw under winder, then should just need to pri-off with small screwdriver. just need to be careful when doing this, so nothing breaks.
