Mend Dishlex Global 300 Removing Top Dishwasher

Removing the top arm of Dishlex Global 300?

I am trying to clean my dishlex global 300 - I can remove the arm out of the dishwasher but i cant get the grey plastic attachment off to rinse out the inside - and ofcourse cant find the manual - any ideas?
