Mend Samsung SR-L3928 Fridge Freezer Repair

how can I fix my Samsung Fridge Freezer SR-L3928?

The fridge doesn't seem to keep cold unless I turn off the digital display and restart it, then it works. When left for a while it seems to stop cooling again, the top shelf of the freezer is not freezing properly either. Can it be fixed ?
