Mend AEG Rubber Hose Sump

Where can I get an internal rubber hose for Favorit 5040?

My AEG Favorit 5040 has developed a large split in the internal hose between the sump pump and the external drain. I can't find a spare on any of the spares site. Does anyone know here I should look for the spare, or is there a suitable generic pipe I can use?
